Alex has been an outstanding ambassador for Total Nutrition since March 2023 but has been on his own fitness journey for much longer! Alex once weighed in at 309lbs but has since lost 100lbs by his hard work, determination, and constant strive to better himself in and out of the gym.

From conducting demos and spreading the word about the several FREE services we offer here at Total Nutrition to organizing our 2023 “Sweats 4 Vets” parking lot workout he always represents Total Nutrition as well as himself in a highly professional manner.

If you are not a top 3 winner from any category, you will have a $5 in store credit for every pound of muscle gained AND every percentage of body fat lost (ex. If you gained 2 pounds of muscle and lost 2% BF-you will have $20 in store credit) 💪💪🔥
