All, regrettably, our Judge Advocate has decided to step down. We appreciate his years in this roll and look forward to his future work with the DAV.

Currently, we are in need on a new JA. As our previous counsel has held this position for a number of years, it goes without saying several people do not know what the job entails. Below is the description of Judge Advocate from the Constitution and Bylaws. If you are interested I. Filling this position until our June Convention, please contact myself or our Commander, Mike Riley.

Respectfully,

Cali Mullins
Adjutant, Department of Washington
Disabled American Veterans

Para 3: The Judge Advocate will pass judgment on the provisions of Chapter and Department Constitution and Bylaws and amendments thereto and approve same before they are forwarded to the National Judge Advocate for his approval.
