Hi community and loyal patrons! :)
As you may or may not know, in the treatment room there is a small box for comments, concerns and recommendations to be left anonymously. I have received a wonderful suggestion which resonates deeply with my heart, but am slightly unsure of the best method to address the concern.

I am so grateful for my long time regulars and the ways that have continuously supported me. Currently, what I have in place for this seems to not fully be working. My online booking platform has 4 days available for general public. I typically host 2 half-days a month where I fit in regulars or people who need to reschedule, although these have also ended up booked up quite far into June.
I am seeking any community input and suggestions of ideas to implement to ensure that regular clients feel valued, able to get in and accommodated as my books begin to grow more and more busy and online booking continues to take up a lot of space.
In the meantime, if you are one of my loyal regulars and find trouble finding an appointment online, please consider reaching out to me directly so I can do my best to find a time to squeeze you in.
