Again, Senate Bill 3 is at Governor Abbott’s desk. This bill proposes a comprehensive ban on all h**p-derived THC products, including Delta-8 and Delta-9 variants. This bill could eliminate over 50,000 jobs and dismantle an $8 billion industry that has flourished since h**p was legalized in 2019 .

We have until June 22nd at midnight for the Governor to veto, sign or not sign SB3.

We need to stop this government control of products that help us live day to day. Personally, I have abdominal adhesions and they can't be removed so CBD is the only thing that help my pain. So, this doesn't just affect my business. It will affect my life and the debilitating pain that I would be having. Please click on the link. We need to tell the legislators that a total ban is wrong.
