Besem Natural Scents

Besem Natural Scents natural soaps and tallow/beeswax candles-- good for you, good for your home! We soon added all natural soaps. It is a true family affair!

We started Besem Natural Scents to make the cleanest burning, best fragranced candles available. We have a heart for orphans, and initially wanted to raise money to help pay for our two adoptions. We also donate 10% of all profits to orphan relief (read here for more information). Adoption has been an incredible blessing to our family and we want to help raise awareness about the need for loving families and the great benefits to those families who open their homes to provide these children with a "forever" family. Adoption is a feasible option for any family, and candle and soap sales are a great way to raise necessary funds! Got to spend a few days with this ray of sunshine ☀️. It’s getting closer to wedding time 👏. With so much strife and sadness in the news, we will cherish each day as it comes ❤️. We will be thankful for so many little things that we often take for granted. God is good, even in the midst of the mess and we are fervently praying that those caught in the current violence feel His presence and see His provision.

Isn’t the detail on our knit coffee cup cozy adorable? takes my crazy ideas and brings them to life 😁. I need to take pictures of these and get them added to the shop. It was a busy, blessed month-- a good end to a hard year ♥️. turned 10, what?? Marcus and I got to go to Chicago (and see my sweet sister) to shop for wedding dresses and meet Meg's future in-laws 🎉. Ben graduated from the University of Houston with a degree in Supply Chain Management, got a job, and is getting ready for a new baby 👏👏👏. Sam had a momentous birthday and spent several days with us for Christmas ♥️. We celebrated Jesus's birth-- God with us, Emmanuel-- an incomprehensible blessing! Then celebrated , with the cutest "unicorn eating sushi" cake you ever did see 😁😂👍. We are walking into 2022 a bit exhausted, but grateful and hopeful for what lies ahead. Happy New Year!

Melting down another big batch of beeswax/tallow/coconut wax. It smells good even without adding any scents 😁. My hands are always so soft and smooth after mixing a batch of wax 👍. The extra on my hands also polished up my Birkenstocks real nice— this is some multipurpose goodness 😂.
