Last week, our Maxim Healthcare Services - Pensacola office had the honor and privilege in sponsoring/participating in The ALS Association’s CEO Soak on Pensacola Beach. The event was truly a spectacular display of the community’s willingness and commitment to come together in efforts to raise awareness and support for the individuals and families of those whom are battling the daily struggles of living with ALS. This event was able to raise over $41,000 to help fund research/studies into treatments that may one day improve the lives of those diagnosed with this unforgiving disease; and to provide support to those currently battling this condition. It was truly empowering to see the amount of love and care from members of the community toward the familes of the individuals that ALS had taken far too soon, and those currently battling each and every day.
