Iā€™m so honored to be selected as an honoree for Nashvilleā€™s Top 30 Under 30 Finest with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation šŸ¤

This is a highly selective recognition program recognizing young professionals who are making an impact in their careers and in the Nashville community.

Itā€™s also a 16 week philanthropic competition where honorees raise funds to support the mission of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, helping people with cystic fibrosis live longer, fuller lives while working toward a cure.

I am so honored to be part of Nashvilles top 30 and to be part of a program with such a powerful mission.

I have lots of fun fundraising event ideas and Iā€™ll be sharing ways to get involved throughout the next few months if youā€™d like to follow along or support. šŸ¤

My ex boyfriend had a stutter and it caused him a lot of trauma that lasted into adulthoodā€¦. He taught me so much about stuttering and how harmful traditional fluency therapy can be.

This activity is too good not to share. This is a great way to incorporate your into your therapy sessions. Weā€™re working on sequencing, positional concepts, sentence generation, utilizing specific languageā€¦the list goes on. This student loved this activity and thought it was so funny!
