Wanted to share that I was able to interview Alice Stricklin Counseling several years ago on the topic of trauma. We really felt like now was a good time to share this episode because there are so many people experiencing trauma during this pandemic. From front-line workers to families losing loved ones to job loss to loneliness...and the list goes on.

This episode really helps you understand what trauma actually is and what trauma needs for healing. We even dive into how to know if your past trauma is affecting you today (which is important to be aware of).
