This is the biggest thing that keeps guys stuck.

Is thinking they can do it by “locking back in” and listen…it will always be your responsibility.

But at some point time if you really want to lose the weight for good you are going to have to be open to a different way of going about this.

Open to a perspective that’s quite honestly…healthier.

More manageable.
More sustainable.

Achievable.
