Any coach (that gives a damn) can help you.

At some point you have to realize it’s YOU that has to take the step.

We can’t make you do anything.

What we as coaches and I can only speak for myself is hold you to a high level of accountability.

That I can do.

I can’t do the work for you.

I can put my arm over your shoulder, reach out a hand, you just have to be willing to take it.

You are going to have to try something different.

Be open to a different way of viewing your workouts, the way you approach nutrition.

I’ll tell ya…I make it really simple to follow.
