Twas the night before Christmas,
and all through the town,
everyone’s shoulders were tight,
sitting crooked and down.
The stockings were hung
by the chimney with care,
but the whole crew was wishing
for less stiffness right there.
The kiddos were dreaming
of snowmen and sweets,
while grown-ups hoped maybe
their backs would feel… complete.
When out from the sky
came a jolly “Ho-Ho!”—
But Santa stepped down
moving mighty slow.
“My sleigh ride was bumpy,
and chimneys aren’t kind…
Do you know a good therapist
who won’t judge my behind?”
Then straight to the table
good Santa was led—
“Lay right here, big guy,
let’s help that old sled.”
And with peppermint lotion
and music so light,
Santa’s aches melted off
like fresh snow in the night.
He sighed with relief,
“Why, this feels divine!
My elves can keep working—
but this moment is mine.”
Soon tension was gone,
every muscle unwound,
and Santa stood up
feeling magically sound.
He winked and he said,
“Self-care’s not a maybe—
even I need a tune-up
from driving that sleigh, see?”
Then off he flew, joyful,
with presents in tow—
shouting, “Book your massage!
Let the wellness vibes glow!”
And we heard him exclaim
as he soared out of sight—
“Merry Christmas to all,
and to all… a relaxed night!
