JMJ Home Health Services is a free-standing agency, managed and operated by professionals who are skilled, experienced and well-versed in the programs and services of the home health industry. The Agency is committed to the delivery of quality, safe and cost effective home health services

Our service area includes four (2) counties in California, namely: Alameda and Contra Costa. We are a Medicare certified home health agency licensed by the California Department of Public Health and accredited by Community Health Accreditation Program (CHAP). We accept patients with Medicare insurance. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, creed, national origin, disability, or sexual orientation. We are committed to finding and providing top-quality healthcare professionals on an as-needed, part-time or full time basis. We require skill, diligence, compassion and dedication from all our employees. We work with the clients and their families, the physicians, and other healthcare professionals to provide utmost medical care and achieve the comfort the client needs. As the needs change, our organization will continue to evaluate the services we provide that will help achieve and maintain a stable health condition for our clients.
