To supervise on-site caregivers in the delivery of community care, to help deliver the care in needed situations and make sure schedules and timesheets are accurate daily.
Responsibilities:
• Select, schedule, and coordinate caregivers based on assessment information and care plan information for new and existing clients.
• Performs 24x7 on-call coordinator duties as needed -- estimated at one week per month.
• Respond to inquiries and service requests received
• schedule staff members and be able to multi-task in a calm and compassionate manner
• Maintain all scheduling of caregivers and respond to situations where scheduling conflicts, emergencies, and/or “call-outs” arise.
• Serve as Caregiver in absence of other staff
• Accept on-call duty as part of staff rotation.
• Respond promptly to any caregiver complaints, document complaints, and review complaints.
• Assist in the recruitment process, including monitoring staffing needs, interviewing applicants, and hiring applicants as necessary for community staffing requirements.
Qualifications
• Ability to work independently, with little oversight, but with accountability to executive management
• Strong problem solving and negotiating skills; reaches out and operates as a team player
• Demonstrate excellent perceptive listening skills, recording information in written format.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities
• Team player, excellent verbal, and communication skills, adaptable in different situations, possesses excellent client interaction skills, able to multi-task and work independently

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
