I just experienced 4 back to back flare ups. Without the ability to get my physical care,my body inflammed and pain levels were way off the charts.

Due to the SIP, I avoided the hospitals like the plauge😬. I got several prescriptions, but it meant compromising my immune system.

I first tried what I know works for me to get rid the inflammation down for pain and thins my blood. It took a few days to get it back into my system. I could feel the inflammation going down and my pain backed off. My headaches went away, no need to take Advil.

Whose ready for the challenge? I just tried the Bula Fit meal replacement shake contains turmeric and ginger with fresh peanut butter. Tastes delicious. The shake and the Keto Kofi are off the hook. I feel more fit with Keto Kofi. Now let’s see what the shake will do.

I just had a check up and my weight was 5 lbs less and could not figure out a was different. I just realized I've started drinking this Keto Kofi. Serves to curb the appetite. Interesting it's really working to loose weight and tastes so yummy with organic coffee, organic coconut oil, MCT oil, organic Fijian Turmeric and Ginger.

Just one scoop a day with 8-10 of hot or ice cold water. I drink it hot. I lost weight and haven't been to the gym lately. I typically gain with no gym workouts.

Coffee came up on my inflammation test not to have. But this Keto Kofi has Turmeric and Ginger which eliminates inflammation. I had no inflammation drinking this.
