Upaya Counseling, LLC is a psychotherapy practice in St. Louis, MO. We provide in-person and virtual mental health counseling.

At Upaya Counseling, we intentionally assist others, with wisdom and compassion, to find relief from their suffering. We use evidence-based theories and techniques to customize a treatment approach that fits your specific concerns. The same method that "works" in one si

tuation may not be effective in another. We conduct therapy with precision and flexibility and will teach you to apply similar principles in your life, in order to go from being "stuck" to "unstuck."
