We turn the Wi-Fi off at night in our home — not from fear, but from intention.

Children’s nervous systems are still developing, and their skulls are thinner with a higher water content in the brain, which means radiofrequency energy can pe*****te more deeply compared to adults. Research also suggests the blood-brain barrier in early life is more dynamic and permeable, making this stage especially sensitive to environmental inputs.

While the science on EMFs is still unfolding, what we do know is that chronic stimulation — light, notifications, device use, and environmental signals — can disrupt melatonin signaling and make deep, restorative sleep harder to access. And sleep is where growth hormone is released, immune systems recalibrate, and nervous systems reset.

So for our family, powering down Wi-Fi is a gentle boundary.

A signal to the body that night has arrived.

An invitation into deeper rest for everyone under our roof.
Small rituals. Big ripple effects.

If you’re curious, try it for a week and notice how your home feels. 🤍

So far we’re expecting 3 baby girls this year and I’m calling in at least 3 more 🔮

What we do works because we focus on supporting overall health- mind, body, and soul-not forcing the body into a pregnancy, she’s not ready for.

Medicated cycles, IUI, and IVF all have a time and place but they are don’t address the underlying reasons for fertility challenges.

If you’re curious about my approach to fertility care, comment of DM “connection” to set up a call ♥️

Somehow “perimenopause” has become the catch-all diagnosis for every symptom a woman in her late 30s or 40s experiences.

Tired?
Perimenopause.

Anxious?
Perimenopause.

Weight changes?
Perimenopause.

Poor sleep?
Perimenopause.

And the immediate solution offered?
“Start HRT.”

Now hear me clearly — hormone replacement can be life-changing. I prescribe it. I believe in it. It can absolutely be part of a comprehensive plan.

But it is rarely where we begin, because if you:

• lost significant weight quickly (especially with GLP-1s)
• are under-fueling
• sit under artificial light all day
• wake up and go straight to caffeine
• are still depleted from pregnancy and breastfeeding
• are chronically stressed and under-recovered

your hormonal signaling is already disrupted.

Adding HRT on top of a dysregulated nervous system and depleted body doesn’t fix the foundation.

Perimenopause is a physiologic transition, but circadian disruption, mineral loss, muscle loss, chronic cortisol elevation, and nutrient depletion can mimic it almost perfectly.

Before we medicate the signal, we need to ask why the signal is off. That’s the difference between hormone management and whole-system restoration.

If you’re being told “it’s just perimenopause” but something in you feels like there’s more to the story — comment “FOUNDATION” and I’ll send you the exact pillars I assess before adding HRT.

If you need me, I’ll be over here wiping away tears ALL DAY LONG cause my rainbow baby is 10 🥹

After a devastating pregnancy loss, it was hard to imagine my heart would ever heal, but Nash was the balm that soothed my grief. His original due date was February 18th which is Chad’s birthday and our first baby’s due date.

Over these last ten years Nash has taught me more about myself than I ever would have imagined. He’s shown me how to be a fierce warrior, but also how to surrender. I am constantly in awe of his wisdom- so far beyond his years- and his drive excel on all he does.

A decade of motherhood feels like such a special milestone, one I am really going to soak up.

So today it’s happy birthday to my son and happy birthing day to me ♥️

Keeping a woman on birth control through perimenopause and into menopause isn’t always the most thoughtful strategy.

Here’s why:

Most birth control pills contain ethinyl estradiol, a synthetic estrogen. When you account for potency and hepatic impact, combined oral contraceptives deliver roughly 4–10 times the estrogenic potency of typical menopausal hormone therapy — depending on the formulation.

Menopausal therapy uses lower, physiologic dosing and avoids the same degree of liver stimulation.

That liver stimulation matters — it’s part of why oral contraceptives carry a higher risk of blood clots compared to transdermal bioidentical estradiol.

Now let’s talk progesterone.

Birth control contains synthetic progestins, not progesterone. These are structurally different from what your body makes and can negatively impact mood, insulin sensitivity, libido, and cardiovascular markers in some women.

Bioidentical micronized progesterone is molecularly identical to your own hormone. It supports:
• sleep (via GABA pathways)
• mood stability
• endometrial protection
• and often feels dramatically better

Perimenopause is not a birth control deficiency. It’s a season of hormonal fluctuation that deserves precision — not suppression.

Birth control has its place, but it shouldn’t automatically be the menopause plan.

If you’re in your 40s or 50s and wondering whether your current approach is truly serving you, it may be time for a more personalized conversation.

Ya’ll this protein from is one of the cleanest, most nutrient dense options you’ll find. I’m a huge fan but TBH, adding protein with beef organs to my coffee just didn’t hit for me.

That being said, adding it to a little raw milk with some 🍯 is delicious and it’s my latest hack for boosting our nutrient intake.

Right now you can save 14% on your order. Use my code BRITTESTRADA and give it a try!

Your body is your vehicle for carrying out your soul’s mission. If you don’t feel physically and emotionally well, it is incredibly hard to do the thing you came here for.

In fact not feeling well can keep you from even having the capacity to explore your mission, purpose, and gifts.

I believe optimizing your health is an act of rebellion because it grants us agency and sovereignty, and emboldens us to stand in our power.

If you’re feeling the call to step into your power this year, I’d love to chat.

Herbal tea isn’t “woo.”
It’s physiology. 🌿

When you steep plants in hot water, you’re extracting minerals, polyphenols, and bioactive plant compounds that gently support the nervous system, lymphatic flow, metabolic health, and overall resilience.

This is slow medicine — and that’s the point.
✨ Nettle replenishes minerals like magnesium, calcium, and iron
✨ Oat straw nourishes and calms a depleted nervous system
✨ Calendula supports lymphatic movement and tissue repair
✨ Hibiscus is rich in antioxidants that support blood sugar and cardiovascular health
✨ Rose gently supports heart health and emotional regulation

But there’s another layer we don’t talk about enough…
The ritual of tea matters.

Pausing.

Warming the body.

Holding a cup.

Sending a signal of safety to your nervous system.
Herbs don’t force the body — they remind it how to self-regulate.

Accessible. Affordable. Deeply effective. This is one of the most underrated foundations of women’s health.

Irregular cycles do not automatically mean PCOS, and when we skip proper evaluation, we can unintentionally delay pregnancy instead of supporting it.

I see many women who aren’t ovulating get labeled with PCOS based on cycle irregularity alone — despite having normal insulin, normal blood sugar, and no signs of androgen excess.

What I see far more often is hypothalamic amenorrhea.

This isn’t an ovarian problem.
It’s a brain–body signaling issue.

Ovulation is a luxury function. When the nervous system perceives stress, under-fueling, depletion, or lack of safety, reproduction is paused — even when the ovaries are perfectly capable.

This is why blood-sugar targeted treatments like metformin can be helpful when insulin resistance is present, but often miss the mark when it’s not. If insulin isn’t the root issue, lowering it won’t reliably restore ovulation.

Same symptom.
Very different physiology.
Very different path back to fertility.

Missing periods deserve investigation, not assumptions — especially when pregnancy is the goal.

If you’re trying to conceive and something about your diagnosis or treatment plan doesn’t quite add up, trust that instinct. Your body is always responding intelligently. The work is understanding why.

We are living in an era of health information overload — and it’s not benign.

Research shows that too much health information increases anxiety, confusion, and decision fatigue, and actually lowers people’s ability to follow through on care plans.

So if you feel like you’re doing “all the right things”
and still feel exhausted, inflamed, or hormonally off…
it’s not because you’re lazy or undisciplined. It’s because you’ve been trying to do something that was never meant to be a solo job.

I am deeply in favor of women being educated, informed, and empowered in their healthcare. But empowerment doesn’t mean becoming your own doctor, practitioner, and case manager on top of running a life, a family, and a business.

That level of hyper-self-management keeps your nervous system in constant vigilance — which directly worsens hormone balance, metabolism, and inflammation.

The women who work with me aren’t outsourcing responsibility. They’re choosing expert partnership so their body can finally stabilize.

They want someone tracking their labs.
Reading the patterns.
Adjusting their protocols.
And walking with them until their energy, clarity, and vitality are actually back online.
So they can do what they came here to do — and I can do what I do best: help women feel powerful, well, and at home in their body again.

If you’re ready to stop spinning and start stabilizing,
Comment “RESET” and I’ll send you a DM.
