At Arosa, we believe the little things make the biggest difference.

Our Middle Tennessee Area Manager, Brandon Deem, recently spent time with two of our clients, creating special moments tailored to what brings them joy.

He visited Mr. Donnie “Coach” J, a lifelong sports fan, with a personalized gift bundle: a Tennessee Vols mug, an NFL magazine, and a Chick-fil-A gift card to fuel those sweet tea runs he and his wife enjoy.

He also surprised James C. with a care package designed to make his daily walks even better—an Arosa f***y pack, reflective vest, protein bars, butterscotch candies, and hand warmers for the cooler months ahead.

These visits reflect what personalized care means to us—listening, learning, and celebrating the people and routines that matter most.

🌍✨ What an incredible Around the World Culinary Tour at Traditions of Smyrna! Residents and community partners came together to enjoy flavors from across the globe.

Our Middle Tennessee team was proud to “take everyone to France” 🇫🇷 for the day—complete with delicious treats and a little French flair. 🥖🥐🍷

It was such a fun way to celebrate community, connection, and culture. Merci beaucoup to everyone who made this event so special!

Janice, our client in Tennessee, grew up on a farm surrounded by animals she loved. As her health has declined, caring for animals hasn’t been possible—so our team decided to bring the animal to her.

Kala Hargrove, Assistant Area Director for Middle Tennessee, brought her beloved “lap dog” Marley for some playtime, joined by Regional Director Amanda Lankford and Arosa CEO Ari Medoff. Janice couldn’t stop smiling as we shared stories about Walking Horses and Horseshow Doughnuts while creating memories that she and her family will cherish.
