Maysen Seile may be at the beginning of her nursing career, but she is already making a meaningful impact with her patients.

A nurse at TriStar Skyline Medical Center, Maysen stayed late after her overnight shift caring for a patient in the medical intensive care to support her patient even further.

She stayed well beyond her shift to create two plaster hand molds for the patient’s children and prepared keepsakes for the family to hold onto in the days ahead.

While she's been a nurse for less than a year, Maysen understands what defines nursing excellence.

We're grateful for the purposeful, compassionate care that colleagues like Maysen offer our patients every day.

🎉Exciting news for the Fairview community!

We’re pleased to share that TriStar Horizon Medical Center has received approval from the Tennessee Health Facilities Commission to build a freestanding emergency room in Fairview.

For nearly 70 years, TriStar Horizon has served the region, and we’re honored to help continue that legacy by expanding access to emergency care closer to home. TriStar Fairview ER will be the community’s first freestanding emergency department, serving western Williamson County and parts of Dickson and Hickman counties.

Thank you for your trust and support as we take this next step together. We’re grateful for the opportunity to grow with our community and help care for you and your families for years to come.

Randy and Billy's story began in a small Tennessee community. Nearly 50 years later, their story unexpectedly came full-circle.

The two grew up together in White Bluff and attended the same tight-knit school, where the graduating class was just over 30 people.

After high school, both Randy and Billy joined the Tennessee National Guard, serving in the same training unit. Life eventually pulled them in different directions. The two lost touch after Billy’s service ended — until a chance reunion in April.

Both men are currently undergoing radiation treatment at TriStar Horizon Medical Center’s Natchez campus, part of the Sarah Cannon Cancer Network.

While waiting for treatment, Billy heard a name called from across the room and immediately knew it was Randy. In an instant, nearly 50 years melted away as the two traded memories.

In April, Billy completed his treatment, ringing the bell surrounded by colleagues, his old friend by his side. Randy completes his treatment this month. Both men are optimistic, grateful and excited to continue sharing stories from a life they once lived side by side.

The new pediatric neurosurgery program at TriStar Centennial Children's Hospital brings specialized care closer to home.

Born with craniosynostosis, three-month-old Moses needed prompt surgical care early in life to ensure his brain had space to grow.

Through the recently launched pediatric neurosurgery program, Moses became the first patient at TriStar Centennial to undergo a pediatric endoscopic strip craniectomy. Today, he is recovering at home with his parents.

This milestone goes beyond our new program. It represents our continued commitment to expanding advanced care for the children and families across Middle Tennessee.

During Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Week, TriStar Health joins our broader HCA Healthcare network in recognizing the first responders and EMS professionals – both in our communities and across our organization – who answer the call when patients need care most.

Each year, approximately 10 million patients receive care in HCA Healthcare emergency rooms and many of those patients rely on EMS professionals for safe, timely transport to our ERs, as well as critical care along the way.
