Using a strap or towel to gently lift the leg helps lengthen the hamstrings, reduce low-back tension, and improve hip mobility—without forcing the stretch. This is a safe, effective way to support flexibility and circulation while keeping your body relaxed.

How to do it correctly:
1️⃣ Lie on your back with one leg extended.
2️⃣ Loop a strap or towel around the foot.
3️⃣ Gently pull the leg up while keeping the knee soft.
4️⃣ Breathe deeply and hold for 30–60 seconds.
5️⃣ Switch sides—no bouncing or forcing.

Tip of the Week: Open Your Back & Shoulders with a Foam Roller

Time off work is the perfect opportunity to take care of your body. If your upper back, shoulders, or lower back feel tight from sitting, stress, or long days, this simple foam rolling routine can help reset your body.

Using a foam roller along the spine helps open the chest, release tight shoulder muscles, and gently decompress the lower back. It improves mobility, circulation, and posture—especially after weeks of desk work or holiday stress.

Benefits of foam rolling your back and shoulders:
✔️ Relieves upper-back and shoulder tension
✔️ Helps reduce low-back tightness
✔️ Improves posture and spinal mobility
✔️ Encourages deep breathing and relaxation
✔️ Helps your massage results last longer

How to do it:
1️⃣ Place the foam roller lengthwise along your spine.
2️⃣ Support your head and allow your arms to fall open to the sides.
3️⃣ Relax and breathe deeply for 1–2 minutes.
4️⃣ For lower back support, keep your core engaged and move slowly—never roll directly on pain.
