Our head trainer, Dave Ray, and his team of trainers have experience training athletes from all backgrounds, ranging from professional athletes to
nine-to-fiver’s and everyone in between.
• Each customer that walks through the door will go through a noninvasive yet detailed baseline test designed to determine where our clients’ flexibility, strength, and technique stands in certain exercises.
• Based off your baseline assessment we create a personalized training program tailored to your initial skill set (ranging from Tiers 1-4), so you can strategically take the proper steps towards accomplishing your goals.
