Health note of a day:

Protein is essential to good health. What is the proper daily taking for a nutrient you need to meet your basic nutritional requirement?
The Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA) for protein is a modest 0.8 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight.
What kind of food have good protein? Beef, poultry, and pork , fish ,milk, cheese, and eggs can certainly provide high quality protein, as well as many plant foods such as whole grains, beans, legumes, nuts, and vegetables.
When you eat protein from food, It’s also important to consider as a nutrition “package” the fats, carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients that invariably come along with protein. Try to eat high protein but low in saturated fat and processed carbohydrates and rich in many nutrients. Over all varieties food are the best choice to meet your body nutrition.

Health note of a day: Recently, high protein diets have become popular. Some people like to eat a high protein diet in order to increase muscle mass or lose weight. A lot of people, however, don’t know that a high protein diet can lead to a higher risk of developing cancer and higher risk for kidney stones, especially for middle-age people. Chinese Medicine believes that too much or too little of a substance can all lead to disorder, so the only answer is a balanced and nutritional diet.
