Reagan Wood LMT, RYT, received her certification in Therapeutic Massage in 1999 at Institute of Therapeutic Massage and Movement and her certification in yoga teacher training in 2014 at Kali Yuga Yoga. Her focus is to help you to move freely, reduce pain and discomfort, to educate on self care after a session, and to lighten the mental overload, bringing you back down to earth through mindful meditation. She specializes in connective tissue massage (which is non-invasive and has long lasting results), neuromuscular and trigger point therapy, movement and stretching, raindrop and aroma touch massage, reflexology and applied kinesiology Level 1. More recently she has added yoga to her list of services. By combining massage therapy with yoga, Reagan believes she can bring something unique to the wellness industry. Be Simple Massage is located on Franklin Rd in Brentwood, TN.

Friends, I am excited to announce I’ll be specializing in Manual Lymphatic drainage as well as offering my usual services you have come accustomed to. 🎉

MLD is great for auto immune disorders, headaches, lymphedema, lipedema and inflammation in general. 🙌🏻
It can be extremely relaxing and is very detoxifying and is not like general massage therapy.

There are a few contradictions so when you are ready to come in, be sure to see if it’s ok for you.

Since the lymphatic system is your immune system, it’s important to wait a certain amount of time after getting Botox or any vaccines, or if you have an infection or on antibiotics. As well as certain lymphatic diseases.

Please inquire via email for further details about contraindications.
