Korean skincare ( K-Beauty) has been so popular with all the pop culture, K-POP, K-Drama & K-Beauty. The glowy, dewy, glass skin is what most woman want to achieve. To achieve this look, Korean regimen is quite different the American. Korean Skincare regimen has more layers, more steps.
Step 1: Make up remover Oil cleanser

🔸Regular use of SPF 15 or higher reduces your risk of melanoma by 50%
🔸UV rays can damage your skin in as little as 5 – 15 minutes depending on your skin type

Here’s some skincare tips on prevention;

🔸Use daily sunscreen everyday labeled broad spectrum that has a mineral to repel UVA & UVB rays of the sun that causes aging and cancer.
(Tinted moisturizers or BB creams with Spf are not enough!)
🔸 Apply sunscreen 20-30 minutes prior before going to beach, lake, outdoors etc…

🔸Wear Sunglasses to protect your eyes…hats to cover your head and face.

🔸Limit your time outdoors when the sun ☀️ is most hot 🥵
I like to be out with my family early as possible 10am -12 noon and take a break. Kids usually go back out around 3-4pm sun is still shining but not beating down on you!!
