ONE Heart CPR/First Aid/AED Training One Heart brings up-to-date CPR, first aid and AED training to you, whether it's your home, office or school.

Covid19 changes*** teaching 6-7 students at a time, please wear mask and gloves will be provided. Seating is 6 feet apart for all my classes **

Rebecca Lanier, the founder and instructor of One Heart, has been in the medical field for more than 20 years. She worked as an emergency technician for 5 of those years and was also on the Code Blue Team. For the last 10 years, Rebecca has been a CPR instructor. She has held classes at businesses and schools, teaching everyone from employees to coaches to high school students. She has also helped certify employees and volunteers at various rehabilitation centers in Contra Costa County.
