đź””TPA Webinar Event: Clinical Supervision of Gen Z Supervisees: Supervision Approaches and Adaptations to Meet Their Unique Needs (1.5 CE Credits)

🧠 Gen Z (born between 1997 and 2012) are often called “digital natives”, having grown up in a time of ever-expanding access to and knowledge of technology platforms. Gen Z supervisees often have more knowledge of and comfort with technology than their psychology clients and clinical supervisors. It is important that clinical supervisors increase their own knowledge in their supervisees’ unique generational needs and interests so they can adjust their approach to supervision with the next generation of psychologists. Are you ready to meet them where they are?

Join Karen Enyedy, PhD for an essential training on how to adapt your supervision practices to better support Gen Z supervisees.

🔍 In this 1.5 CE credit webinar, you'll explore: ✨ methods clinical supervisors can use with Gen Z supervisees to help supervisees think critically and ethically about the use of technology and social media; ✨ tips for updating policies about the use of technology; ✨ and methods for ongoing assessment, evaluation, and feedback of supervisees.
