We are thrilled to announce that TMF Medical Director Dr. Michael Baron will be presenting at the Tennessee MGMA Spring Conference next month!

Dr. Baron's session, "Signs and Symptoms of Physician Illness and Impairment," will share the distinctions between well-being, illness, and impairment and how to find help and support when a physician or other health professional is struggling with addiction, burnout, or other health concerns.

🎉 Big news! We are so excited to announce that the Tennessee Medical Foundation has received a grant from the Knoxville Academy of Medicine Alliance - K**A! 👏💜

K**A is incredible at supporting local health initiatives and physician families. Their generosity has powered many of our special projects over the years, and this year’s grant is going toward something very close to our hearts: the 2026 Caduceus Retreat.

This annual retreat is a vital space for participants in our Professionals Health Program to gather for recovery education, connection, and quality family time in a supportive environment. It’s always a highlight of our year, and we are grateful for K**A’s partnership.
