Monthly Mobility Class with Nicki Silverman

This unique movement class is designed to decrease joint stiffness, increase range of motion, and promote fluid, intelligent movement—while supporting cross-training for your favorite activities. No yoga experience is necessary.
We’ll isolate joint-specific movements for the spine, hips, shoulders, neck, knees, and ankles, then integrate them into short, accessible flow states.
The class is rooted in the Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) system—used by professional athletes worldwide—to help retrain joint spaces and restore movement through their intended ranges of motion.
You’ll learn how to:
Alleviate low-back and neck tension
Improve mobility in the mid and upper back
Create space in shoulders and hips from all angles
You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of your personal movement patterns, along with simple exercises to practice at home. Return each month to layer knowledge, build strength through range, and continue improving your quality of movement.
