Monthly Mobility Class with Nicki Silverman
All levels · Comfortably warm room

This unique movement class is designed to decrease joint stiffness, increase range of motion, and promote fluid, intelligent movement—while supporting cross-training for your favorite activities. No yoga experience is necessary.

We’ll isolate joint-specific movements for the spine, hips, shoulders, neck, knees, and ankles, then integrate them into short, accessible flow states.

The class is rooted in the Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) system—used by professional athletes worldwide—to help retrain joint spaces and restore movement through their intended ranges of motion.

You’ll learn how to:

Alleviate low-back and neck tension

Improve mobility in the mid and upper back

Create space in shoulders and hips from all angles

You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of your personal movement patterns, along with simple exercises to practice at home. Return each month to layer knowledge, build strength through range, and continue improving your quality of movement.

From January 24 – March 6, you’ll choose your commitment and show up, again and again.

There’s something extra special about being in the studio this time of year... the warmth, the quiet, the familiar faces, and the feeling of coming together in the middle of the holiday season. We truly love spending the holidays with you.

This time of year carries so many emotions - joy, nostalgia, tenderness, busyness, and we honor that everyone moves through the season in their own way. Our hope is simply to be a place where you can land, breathe, and feel supported, no matter what the holidays look like for you.

We’re here for you every day of the year, and that includes Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and the day after. The schedule is just a bit abbreviated so our team can enjoy time with their loved ones too.
