Celebrating Clinical Success : Harold Pack

Mr. Harold Pack chose Durham-Hensley Health and Rehabilitation following hospitalization resulting in a decline in functional mobility. Upon admission, he was having difficulty with aspects of his gait and activities of daily living, impacting his ability to return home.

Mr. Pack worked hard daily participating in Physical and Occupational Therapy and was determined to return home. He stated, “You had your work cut out for you but here I am going home again. I always trust you all to get me back on my feet and know I am going to receive excellent care here. This is the best place for care. I will miss you all so much.”

We are so proud of your accomplishments, hard work, and dedication! Thank you for choosing Durham-Hensley Health and Rehabilitation!

💙✨ A Heartfelt “Yes!” at Summerfield ✨💙

In the sweetest twist on tradition, the residents at Signature HealthCARE at Summerfield Rehab & Wellness Center issued a special “proposal” to their Certified Nursing Assistants—asking them to say yes to continuing the incredible care and compassion they provide every day.

And guess what? Every single one said “YES!” 💍👏

This joyful moment is just one more reason we’re so proud of our CNAs—and the beautiful bonds they build with our residents.
