Dr. Harry (Joe) Mack opened his oral and maxillofacial surgery practice in Nashville in 1988, and he has held every elected office in the Nashville Dental Society. In 2010, he won the Tennessee Dental Association Fellowship Award for Outstanding Contributions to the Profession of Dentistry. Dr. Mack is a board certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon with hospital privileges at Saint Thomas Hospital in Nashville, Tennessee and Williamson County Medical Center in Franklin, Tennessee. In addition to advanced training in IV sedation and general anesthesia, Dr. Mack has over 27 years experience and expertise performing a wide range of oral surgery procedures including the removal of impacted wisdom teeth and the placement of dental implants. Thomas, a board certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon, has earned numerous prestigious awards during his academic career. He graduated summa cm laude from the University of Tennessee with a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering and subsequently completed his dental degree at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center, graduating as the valedictorian of his class. Dr. Thomas continued his professional education at the University of Tennessee Health Science center, completing a four-year hospital based oral and maxillofacial surgery program.
