- Standing Cable Core Rotation with OH Reach x 8 ea
- Mini Band Hip Flexion Hold x :20 ea
- Standing Med Ball Chest Pass x 8

Focused Strength/Skill - 3 Sets:
- Pull Ups Heavy x 5 / Medium x 5 / Bodyweight x max reps

Strength Superset - 3 Sets:
- Split Stance SL Squat to Box x 6 ea
- Alternating Split Jumps x 12
