✅ Do clean your retainers and aligners regularly to keep them fresh!
✅ Do remove them when eating or drinking anything other than water to prevent staining.
✅ Do store them in their case when not in use to protect them from damage.

➡️ Don'ts:
❌ Don't use hot water to clean them, as it can warp the material.
❌ Don't forget to wear your retainers as prescribed for the best results.
❌ Don't share your aligners or retainers with anyone else. They’re made just for you!
