🌟 2025 Caregiver of the Year: Terri Caldwell 🌟

Terri Caldwell holds a very special place in our hearts as our very first caregiver, hired seven years ago after Haley met her at Panera Bread in Brentwood—and knew instantly she was someone extraordinary.

Since day one, Terri has been the definition of steady, accommodating, dedicated, and consistent. Through the highs and lows of caregiving, she has shown unwavering commitment, compassion, and heart in every client relationship. Terri doesn’t just provide care—she creates meaningful moments.

For one client’s birthday, Terri thoughtfully hosted a lunch featuring dishes inspired by the client’s favorite travel destinations from around the world. For another, she read scripture aloud through her final days, offering comfort and peace. When that client passed, Terri went a step further—adopting her two beloved Yorkies so they would continue to receive the love and care they were used to.

Terri truly embodies what it means to care with heart. She is an inspiration to our entire team and a shining example of the difference one caregiver can make.

Terri, thank you for seven incredible years of dedication. We are beyond grateful to have you as part of the Touching Hearts family.

Announcing our December Caregiver of the Month a bit early this time — Nancy Andrews!

Nancy joined Touching Hearts at Home in February 2022 and has been a consistent, dependable presence on our team ever since. Since July 2023, she has been caring for her current client, building a strong, trusting relationship through her compassion, reliability, and genuine dedication.

Nancy’s commitment truly stands out. She often works six days a week to ensure her client is supported, safe, and well cared for, always putting her heart into everything she does. Her willingness to go above and beyond does not go unnoticed, and she continuously exemplifies what it means to be a Touching Hearts caregiver.

Touching Hearts at Home is locally owned and operated, combining the experience of owners, Bryan and Haley Johnson, with the resources of a National Home Care company that has been providing non-medical companionship, caregiving, and homemaking services to older adults, seniors, and adults with disabilities since 1996.

Bryan and Haley have lived in Middle Tennessee their entire lives and are dedicated to setting the standards of excellence in the industry. They are driven by a love for people that was passed down to them by their parents and grandparents. Integrity, compassion, and kindness are at the HEART of their business.
