Amanda joined our team in 2023, stepping into a leadership role from the very beginning as one of our Lead Caregivers. She plays a vital part in training new team members, stepping in wherever she’s needed, and completing client visits to ensure the highest level of care.
Amanda consistently goes above and beyond, providing exceptional, compassionate care to every client she serves. She also supports our office team with administrative tasks and helps keep care assessments up to date so we can always meet our clients’ needs.

Last Friday, Julie, our Director of Business Development, had the BEST time joining the celebration at Vitality Living Franklin’s “Senior Prom” 💃✨
She fully embraced the night—bringing out her original prom dress from 1986 (and absolutely rocking it 👏).
From dancing to celebrating alongside residents, Julie loved being part of such a special evening. The highlight? A 99-year-old WWII veteran crowned Prom King and a 101-year-old Prom Queen—reminding us all that joy never gets old.

Jeremy brings over 10 years of experience in dialysis and a strong understanding of the healthcare industry. He has a true passion for serving others and recognizes the importance of the care we provide to those in our community. In his role as Scheduler, Jeremy will be focused on creating the best possible matches between our clients and caregivers, helping ensure everyone receives the personalized support they deserve.
And if his name sounds familiar—you’re right! Jeremy has also gained 7 years of experience by osmosis, walking alongside life with his wife, Kaitlyn, our Director of Business Operations.

March Caregiver of the Month: Jurnee Turley
Jurnee joined our team in August of 2025 and has been loved everywhere she goes! She came to us with previous experience as a caregiver in both facility and private settings, and her compassion and dedication shine through in every shift.
Jurnee is often requested to return to each case she visits—a true testament to the care and connection she builds with her clients. She consistently goes above and beyond, taking on more advanced care cases with confidence and heart. Her clients quickly become like family, and you can often find her picking up extra shifts whenever she’s available (even while balancing classes!).
We are so thankful for all that Jurnee does at Touching Hearts, and we couldn’t be more proud to recognize her with this award. 💚

Touching Hearts at Home is locally owned and operated, combining the experience of owners, Bryan and Haley Johnson, with the resources of a National Home Care company that has been providing non-medical companionship, caregiving, and homemaking services to older adults, seniors, and adults with disabilities since 1996.
Bryan and Haley have lived in Middle Tennessee their entire lives and are dedicated to setting the standards of excellence in the industry. They are driven by a love for people that was passed down to them by their parents and grandparents. Integrity, compassion, and kindness are at the HEART of their business.
