Please join us in welcoming Vicki Williams, our new Marketing Associate at Touching Hearts at Home!
Vicki brings more than 20 years of experience working in healthcare with the elderly, along with a deeply personal understanding of the journey families walk when a loved one needs additional care. Having supported two of her own family members through this season, she shared that finding help “was like someone threw a raft out when we were sinking.” That experience fuels her passion for helping other families find the same support and peace of mind.
Vicki has always had a heart for serving seniors, and her firsthand understanding of both client and family needs makes her a perfect fit for our team. In her role as Marketing Associate, she will be out in the community building relationships with referral partners and meeting with new clients to help them begin services with Touching Hearts at Home.
We are thrilled to welcome Vicki to the team and look forward to the growth, compassion, and connection she will bring to our community.

How sweet is this?! 💌
We had a very special delivery today! Madison Zaroban, School Counselor at Brentwood Middle School, stopped by with the most thoughtful surprise for our Clients and Caregivers.
Students hand-made beautiful Valentine’s cards to brighten our clients’ days and thank our staff for all they do. Each card was filled with sweet reminders that our clients and caregivers are loved, they matter, and they are truly appreciated.
These special cards will be distributed to our clients and caregivers over the next few days — and we can’t wait to see the smiles they bring. 💕
There is nothing more special than seeing generations support and encourage one another. Thank you, Brentwood Middle School, for sharing your kindness with us!

Touching Hearts at Home of Middle Tennessee is committed to helping older adults, seniors, and people with disabilities enhance their quality of life and remain at home as long as possible.
Touching Hearts at Home is locally owned and operated, combining the experience of owners, Bryan and Haley Johnson, with the resources of a National Home Care company that has been providing non-medical companionship, caregiving, and homemaking services to older adults, seniors, and adults with disabilities since 1996.
Bryan and Haley have lived in Middle Tennessee their entire lives and are dedicated to setting the standards of excellence in the industry. They are driven by a love for people that was passed down to them by their parents and grandparents. Integrity, compassion, and kindness are at the HEART of their business. They set the standard by bringing quality care, safety, and companionship to the lives of their clients.
The Johnson’s are invested in their Caregivers and provide a strong foundation of support through communication, education, and appreciation. They value the people they serve and those who serve alongside them.
