Good morning, it's the first day of December and we can truly say winter has arrived! Make sure you bundle up and keep your immune system nice and strong. Get your rest and don't skip your meals. Don't over stress your system.
Make sure you are taking you vitamin C, Zinc and vitamins D3 + K2.

Great weekend in Arizona. I placed 1st in the Pro Ultra Masters division at the Grand Canyon Classic. This qualified me for the Natural Olympia in Las Vegas this November.

Your spine is the connection to the functions of your bodies. If you have nerve interference over time this may cause decreased function to various systems of the body. Decreased undue stress to the system for a healthier you.

Listen to your body when you are achy for no reason it could be your posture. Poor posture over time can cause lot of problems physically.

QUICK AND EASY KETO MEAL!!

8oz of pan seared Talapia (organic olive oil spray) You could use the fish of your choice.
Seasoned with Himalayan or Celtic sea salt and pepper.

1 cup of freshly cut vegetables ( zucchini, sweet peppers and asparagus.
Pan saute the vegs in olive oil with a lid over the pan. This help infuse the flavors together.

Light and refreshing protein meal.
8oz of shrimp (sautéed in fresh garlic and little butter)
4 cups of fresh lettuce ( I used endive and red leaf)
1 avocado cubed
2 roma tomato's cubed
Homemade vinegarette dressing.
