Ascension at Home works together with Compassus to provide home health and infusion care to patients and their families with compassion and integrity.

We provide a range of services to make this process as seamless and comfortable as possible, including skilled nursing visits, personal care assistance, and home infusion services. Our goal is to provide person-centered care across the continuum of care. From home health care to home infusion, our care teams work with you and your doctor to get you back on a path to recovery and better health.

Our Ascension at Home together with Compassus home health team in Evansville, IN, is proud to partner with Home Instead for its "Be a Santa to a Senior" initiative.

Our team's office holiday tree is decorated with bulbs—each representing a local senior in need of essential items. Teammates are selecting bulbs, purchasing gifts, helping wrap presents and delivering them to skilled nursing facilities in our community.

Braving the cold Wisconsin winds, our Ascension at Home together with Compassus home health team in Sturgeon Bay, WI, made a meaningful impact this winter season.

Our team hosted a community brat fry to support older adults in the community. Thanks to the generosity of attendees, our team will purchase ~70 bags of ice melt for distribution via Meals on Wheels and Door County Community Paramedic Services. These frontline partners will help to ensure that residents in need have safe, accessible walkways during icy conditions.

At Ascension at Home and Compassus in Tulsa, OK, compassion extends far beyond patient care—it reaches into the heart of the community.

For the past four years, Compassus Hospice Volunteer Coordinator Regina Marshall has collected donations for The Coffee Bunker, a local nonprofit that supports veterans in need through its food pantry. This year, she was joined by Monique Burt, Home Health Care Transition Coordinator at Ascension at Home, whose son is currently serving in the U.S. Navy.
