Detox: Our medically supervised detox program provides a safe and supportive environment to manage withdrawal symptoms, ensuring a solid foundation for ongoing treatment. Residential Treatment: Clients benefit from a structured therapeutic environment where they can focus entirely on recovery with 24-hour care and support. Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP): This program offers structured care during the day, allowing clients to return home in the evenings, perfect for those who need intensive treatment but have stable living situations. Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP): IOP allows clients to continue their recovery while maintaining daily commitments. This flexible program includes several hours of treatment several days a week. Outpatient Program (OP): Designed for those transitioning from more intensive programs or those who need less frequent therapeutic support, our outpatient program helps clients maintain recovery while reintegrating into their daily lives. Community! It's good for the soul, especially when the community has a shared sense of mission and a sense of accountability geared towards building each other up.

If this is something you could use some more of, reflect on what drives you, what you're passionate about, what your gifts are, and what you would like to help others with. Getting into a community where these things can converge pays dividends to the soul. Happy Saturday, everyone!

In our digital age, the speed of communication can be so fast that we may forget to regularly tell the people we care about how important they are to us. A handwritten letter stands out all the more because of this today. It shows someone is worth slowing down for and pouring thought and care into. Besides, who doesn't love a good surprise when they check the mail?

It can be easy to forget about Dry January for those of us in recovery, but many people use this month as an opportunity to take a break from alcohol. We want to encourage folks who aren't in recovery to try Dry January. Don't worry if you start halfway through!

We also want to encourage anyone participating to go beyond a health craze or a social trend. Use this as an opportunity to really understand your relationship with alcohol and reassess it's role in your life. If you know someone who's sober/in recovery, this could be a great opportunity to learn about their experiences.

Most of us are getting back to work or school and let's be honest. Getting back into the swing of things after holiday vacations in the middle of gloomy winter weather can be really tough. So here's a bit of encouragement and some tips on how we can still thrive!

A routine that once seem second nature can be little heavier as we put it back on. Find some time to be still. Reflect on something you're grateful for.

New Year's is a good time to do it. As you're getting back into the routine, throw something small in there that will help you improve something you've been wanting to improve upon.

Remember, you can ease into it. Most folks are feeling it, too.

That connection we often feel during the holidays can take its own form during all times of the year. Intentionally setting time aside to be with those we enjoy being around is crucial to our mental, emotional, and spiritual health.

If you're finding anything challenging in this season, seek out a trusted friend, sponsor, or anyone you're close with and talk through what's going on. As the saying goes, a burden shared is a burden halved.

As always, carve out some time--even if a little-to do something you enjoy that you find restorative to the soul!

Let's thrive in 2026, y'all!

About

The clinical program offered at Tulip Hill Recovery is comprised of two different levels of care; partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient. Throughout the duration of our program, our clinical staff provides our clients with the tools needed to obtain lasting recovery. Each client’s individualized treatment plan is best suited to support his or her long term goals. By providing individualized support we are able to build the self-esteem of each of our clients and we continue to see positive outcomes.

Tulip Hill Recovery Residences include separate sober living facilities for both male and female residents. A structured sober living environment has been proven to offer more successful opportunities for long term recovery.
