✨ Meet Christine Finnegan ✨

This week’s Clinician Spotlight features our founder, Christine! Christine is a therapist with a gift for helping women step out of survival mode and into lives that feel authentic and sustainable.💛

Christine is passionate about supporting women who are juggling it all - work, parenting, caregiving - often at the expense of their own needs. She also has a deep heart for survivors of domestic violence and women in helping professions, offering an inclusive and safe space to rebuild trust, confidence, and hope.

Fun fact: Christine’s very first job was at a fudge shop where she sang fudge jingles to customers… and yes, she still remembers a few😉🍫🎶

Anxiety often pushes us to imagine the worst possible outcome, even when it’s unlikely. Instead of spiraling into “what ifs,” try asking yourself, “What is most likely to happen?” Shifting from fear-based thinking to realistic thinking can help ground you in the present. It’s not about ignoring risk, but about giving equal weight to what’s actually probable.

Happy Valentine’s Day!

💖Self-love isn’t just bubble baths and affirmations—it’s the deep, intentional work of showing up for yourself every single day. It’s in choosing progress over perfection, honoring your emotions, and letting go of the people and patterns that no longer serve you.

💕Self-love is both a practice and a commitment, and it’s one of the most powerful ways to care for your mental health.

💞If you’ve ever felt like prioritizing yourself is selfish, this is your reminder: taking care of your needs doesn’t take away from anyone else—it allows you to show up more fully in your relationships and life.

❣️Healing, growth, and self-compassion aren’t easy, but they’re worth it. And the best part? You don’t have to figure it all out at once. Small, intentional shifts add up over time.

♥️So, which of these self-love practices do you need most right now? Maybe it’s speaking to yourself with more kindness or giving yourself permission to rest. Maybe it’s releasing toxic relationships or simply celebrating how far you’ve come. Whatever it is, let this be your invitation to choose yourself today.

Comment how you will show self-love today! 💓

Our Mission

Replenish Her Counseling was named for the mission to help replenish and restore the emptiness that happens when a client constantly pours into others, and rarely gets poured into themselves.
