Tuning forks + fascia.
I’ve used tuning forks in sessions for a while now, but something clicked for me in a deeper way this week.
I had an aha moment in the woods the other day—one of those quiet nudges that said, go look this up. I wanted to know if anyone had actually explored the relationship between fascia, the lymphatic system, and sound in a structured way.
So I marched myself (and the dogs) out to the magic box
I found exactly one resource.
I bought it immediately.
I read 135 pages on how fascia and lymph respond to vibration, and then—carefully, intentionally—I put my husband on the table for 10 minutes.
He had just come from the gym and was worried his lower back was about to give out again. Out of caution, we kept the session short. Using palpation, we located small fluid pockets in the low back and placed tuning forks there. As we worked, subtle red patterns began to spread, and we followed what the tissue was showing us.
I asked him to stand up and tell me honestly how it felt.
He said it wasn’t 100%—but he didn’t feel the need to go to the chiropractor.
Three days later, he’s still doing well.
We’ll do a longer session this weekend and see how the body responds over time. I’m approaching this with curiosity, respect, and a lot of listening.
If you’re interested in exploring tuning fork work—especially for fascia, lymph, or nervous system support—I’m opening space for practice sessions. I’m looking for a variety of bodies and experiences to learn from.
Reach out if this speaks to you 🖤
