Is anyone doing the Carnivore diet, Keto or the Mediterranean Diet? Can I please get your thoughts and ideas. How about intermmittent fasting?

I do intermittent fasting with a Keto diet and find it to be amazingly what I have been looking for. I eat between the hours of 12-7 pm. Meat and veggies only. No processed foods, no carbs or sugars. Weight loss comes naturally and rarely am I hungry due to the fact that there is minimal sugar in my body.

Also riding my starionaly boke between 3-15 miles per day and just got a set of dumbells delivered. At 67 and after beating Leukemia, 6 heart surgeries and a case of Forniers Gangrene I am building my physical and emotional strength every day. No limitations, no complaints. This is what the Lord saw fit for me and I shall never question that. I will only work harder to overcome and show others what is possible.

Dr. Steve here. Just did 5 miles on the stationary bike and have decided to come in today instead of just tomorrow. It is the return of the Cagenator or as we call him Ironman!! See ya soon. 🥰

Hi Everyone! Sabrina here with Winter update! We will be closed until Wednesday when Dr. Nancy will be in the office by appointment. BOTH Drs. Steve & Nancy will be there Thursday and Saturday with our regular adjusting hours! Dr. Steve continues to do very well and we are so grateful for all the wonderful folks that are a part of our family! Call the office, 885-7100, to make an appointment, I'll be returning all calls on Tuesday afternoon. Stay safe and warm! 🥰🥰

HI it's Sabrina here! Thank you so much for all your messages and prayers! Dr.Steve had a stent put in today, is doing great and will be home tonight! He will back in the office Thurs.
