After sailing around the world and working as the only Acupuncturist on a cruise ship for two years, I knew it was time to settle down in the beautiful town of Brevard. My heart has gone into opening my own private practice and each day I feel so fortunate to see the growth of the office, my patients, and myself. My mission is to create a relaxing environment to encourage individuals to follow their path towards a healthy and more balanced life. I find education to be an important part of the healing process and provide information for my patients to follow and expand their own knowledge of their bodies and imbalances. Ready to declutter? Follow these steps to clear the clutter and create a serene, organized space. Share your favorite decluttering tips in the comments! 🧹✨

1. Choose a Space: Focus on one area, such as a drawer, a closet, or a whole room. Start small to avoid feeling overwhelmed.
2. Clear the Area: Empty the space completely. Lay everything out so you can see what you’re working with.
3. Sort Items: Create piles for items to keep, donate, recycle, and toss. Be honest about what you use and need.
4. Clean the Space: Wipe down surfaces and clean the area before putting anything back. A fresh start makes a big difference.
