We at ELEVATE Physical Therapy are excited to offer our services to the residents of Brevard, NC and Transylvania County. We utilize the most up to date protocols for post-surgical care of the shoulders, knees, hips and spine. Our therapists have extensive experience in treating patients with gait and balance disorders, and they are experts in the treatment of vertigo; providing immediate relief from dizziness and imbalance with gentle, non-invasive, long-lasting treatments.
