Veterans’ well-being is worth fighting for. This Veterans Day, we’re thrilled to honor those who have served by launching Project Resilience, a nationwide expansion of Pyramid Healthcare’s dedicated behavioral health service line for veterans!

Project Resilience offers compassionate, culturally competent, veteran-friendly substance use, mental health, co-occurring disorders and eating disorders programs across all levels of care—from detox to outpatient and aftercare—at locations across the eastern U.S.
