Aromatherapy Therapy Thursday:
𝗗𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗪𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗕𝗹𝘂𝗲𝘀?

The Winter Season is a great time to slow down and reflect inward, but for many of us, it can also cause the Winter Blues. It may show up as low energy, increased sadness, or even depression.
It’s natural to sometimes feel more tired and melancholy during this Winter season of life. There are some real physiological reasons behind it—like your body producing less serotonin because you’re getting less sunlight. Darkness also impacts your circadian rhythm.
Now is a good time to check in with yourself, since the long, dark nights of winter can combine with all the other stresses in life to take a toll on our mental health.
The good news is, 𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗼𝗶𝗹𝘀 can help rebalance your system, so you can regain those positive, upbeat feelings.
One of the most reliable, well-known ways to use essential oils is for emotional health.
Citrus Oils can play a huge role in brightening your day. The Bright, fruity citrus oils remind most people of SUMMER when the sweet, delicious, colorful fruits are ripe.
They’re like bottled sunlight!
You can add a few drops of 𝗟𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻, 𝗟𝗶𝗺𝗲, 𝗢𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲, 𝗼𝗿 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗲𝗳𝗿𝘂𝗶𝘁 essential oils to your diffuser for a cheerful, upbeat blend and maybe squeeze a little extra lemon in your water during this season.
These oils are like 𝗦𝘂𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗮 𝗯𝗼𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲. They are a good friend when you feel melancholy and lethargic. Citrus Oils can brighten up your mood any time of day!
