๐Joining the studio this month is Denise Saltzman, offering Warm Yin, the perfect yoga medicine for today's bustling lifestyle. By releasing tight muscles and old tensions/traumas in a warm temperature, we can become more flexible over time, especially with regular practice.
Emotional release can be an added benefit, and the relaxation felt from going within during this meditative class will leave you calm and wanting more! Tapping, meditation and yogic philosophy will be offered to achieve a well-rounded practice. Suitable for all ages and bodies, props can be used to offer supportive modifications. Come get your Yin on in our warm space that will help you enjoy profound tranquility and release after a busy day! This 3-week series starts Tuesday April 15th, 6 - 7:15pm!
Meet Denise!
Denise became a yoga teacher to help guide others after enjoying the serenity and inspiration of Yoga class after class, and realizing she is at her calmest on the mat. She is happy to share the tranquil and healing effects that stem from going within, enjoying mindful movements, calming breath work, and connecting to nature. She strongly feels that the natural lifestyle, positive energy and some regular EFT and meditation help contribute to a healthier mind body connection. Denise loves all forms of yoga and has recently been drawn to Yin. Yin's ability to help release tension in the connective tissue and fascia, plus the deeper relaxation, has become a helpful tool in her active mom life. She recently earned her Yin certificate after completing her Hatha RYT 200. When not on the mat you can find Denise doing something outside, whether it's working on her gardening skills, homeschooling her three kiddos, walking with her husband and dogs, or hiking/enjoying nature as much as she can. She has enjoyed personal healing through her yoga and pranayama practice, and she is excited to share space with you! Come find balance between the chaotic and the calm through her lighthearted yet therapeutic classes.
