From costumes and games to laughter, fellowship, and fun throughout the kingdom, the week was filled with unforgettable moments for residents and staff alike.

Thank you to all who participated, helped organize activities, and brought the spirit of the Renaissance to life across our community.

Day 5 of Skilled Nursing Week was The Grand Revelry! 👑

We wrapped up an incredible week with a Renaissance Fair filled with live music, costumes, games, prizes, and delicious treats for residents and staff to enjoy together.

Guests took part in fun activities like frog toss, archery, lance throwing, and gem sifting, creating a full day of excitement and engagement across the community. ✨

Food highlights included homemade lemonade from our Dietary team, popcorn made by our Therapy department, and a corndog stand hosted by Crossroads Hospice. 🍋🍿🌭

We also enjoyed live entertainment from Wenches-A-Wailing and a special visit from 4H, who brought along animals including horses and goats! 🐴🐐

A huge thank you to everyone who helped make this week such a success and brought so much joy to our residents and staff! 💚

Skilled Nursing Week Day 4 at Brewster Parke brought The Great Siege! 🏰✨

Staff showed their spirit by wearing their favorite shirts, from team logos to personal favorites, as the celebration continued across campus.

A big thank you to our Maintenance team for hosting a catapult building contest, where staff and residents worked together to build catapults and compete to see how far they could launch pom-poms and foam cubes!

Day 3 of Skilled Nursing Week at Brewster Parke brought all the Jester Day fun! 🎉

Staff and residents showed their spirit with crazy socks and festive jester attire as the celebration continued across campus.

The day featured a royal coin hunt with gold coins hidden around campus, where staff could turn in coins for prizes, along with a Royal Candle Station where residents and staff decorated flameless candles, hosted by Mercy Hospice. ✨

We also enjoyed a fun Potions Brew Table, where Nursing and Dietary teams served up iced coffee creations for everyone to enjoy. ☕💛

Day 2 of Skilled Nursing Week at Brewster was a royal celebration—Royal Bounty Day! 👑🎉

Departments participated in fun “color wars,” each representing their assigned color across campus, bringing energy and team spirit throughout the day.

Staff were treated to a royal feast, beautifully prepared and served by our amazing dietary team! 🍽️✨

Adding to the fun, our administrators, Lady Caroline and Lord John, visited throughout the campus conducting a royal census and spreading laughter along the way.

A festive day full of creativity, teamwork, and appreciation for our incredible staff!
