Suitcase nearly packed, presentation prepared and practiced - really excited to travel with Healthy Children Project Center for Breastfeeding next week and co-present to gathered pediatricians, SLPs, nurses and other professionals on "Mental Health and Lactation"! My two passions both on maternal wellness!

I am feeling very honored and excited to join this incredible group of lactation professionals at the Symposium at Sea in October. New blog post in honor of Mother's Day this weekend. I've created a Mother's Day wish list that moms and people who want to support mom can print and share. "...it’s not easy putting our needs first. But on at least this day, it’s your turn momma."
