Friends, my name is John Parssinen, founder of Blue Lotus Healing. I offer a variety of energy work services to help you move through the season you are in right now. Services include reiki, meditation, affirmation practice, breathwork, sound healing, shamanic journeying for or healing, and counseling.

I invite my clients to participate in their own healing as I believe that you are your best . As such, much of our time together may involve you learning new practices or exercises you may not have been aware of.

And just like that, the Fall is here. We were fortunate to gather in community and ceremony at our Equinox restorative yoga and sound healing this past weekend.

The changing of the seasons gives us an opportunity to pause and reflect on what we’ve been through, where we are, and where we are going. I love creating space in these offerings for participants to journal and set new intentions for the coming season.

What shifts are you noticing in your life? What new ideas are starting to take root? What seeds are you planting? What patterns are you ready to release?

Thanks to my dear students for making our monthly gatherings so uplifting! Sharing space with each other in community, especially during these challenging times, is deeply important to me. I’m grateful for the humans who have come into my life and to be able to offer this space for others.

After our shamanic reiki circle, i went for a walk in the woods and the mushrooms all popped up to say hello. 😊 🍄
