Today, we had the pleasure of welcoming Ms. White and her creative writing class from Briarcliff Middle School to our community. This marks the beginning of a wonderful new partnership between our incredible residents and these talented young students.

It was a heartwarming experience—students shared poems, read stories, and connected in meaningful ways with our residents. One especially touching moment was when Anna, one of our residents, met a student who speaks her native language, Taiwanese.

We’re so grateful for this opportunity to build bridges between generations, and today was a beautiful reminder of the joy and connection that can come from simply sharing our stories. We’re already looking forward to the next visit!

Every October, we celebrate the season with our annual trip to the pumpkin patch. Our residents had a wonderful time enjoying the crisp autumn weather and the vibrant display of pumpkins.”

We had a beautiful day filled with visits, books, and sweet treats—because when the library is right in your own backyard and an author lives right next to our community, it makes for something truly special.

Thank you to our wonderful librarian, Matt, for introducing our exciting new partnership, and to Amy, our very own Briarcliff native, for a memorable author reading.

We’re also grateful to our Culinary team for their incredible work in providing delicious refreshments.

To end the event, residents enjoyed a fun surprise—a “Blind Date with a Book”—which added a delightful touch to an already wonderful day.

The Page Turners event was a great success, and our residents enjoyed every moment!
