We had a dance party today in honor of . Dancing comes with a host of mental health benefits the biggest being reducing stress and anxiety. When we are feeling down the best thing we can do is put on our favorite song and shake all the feelings away!

Nothing puts a smile on our faces (and cookies) like ! This food-based activity not only brought joy, but it also brought a fun and engaging way to work on fine motor skills, making this food activity a 10 in our book!

For the month of September at Complete Care at Shorrock Gardens, we celebrated the power of compassion within our community. Staff and residents wrote their moments of compassion on leaves and added them to our “Compassion Tree." 💙
