I needed help from Someone and I felt pulled to talk to Danielle Voss. She knew right away what vitamins I was needing and also a trauma I had been keeping to myself. ***How to manifest anything you desire *****
1. Vibration matches vibration . If you want something ,you will only receive it if you are at the same frequency or higher.
2. Processing emotions ( don’t ignore them . Allow yourself to feel it. Kick scream if you must. Let it move through your body and breathe through it . You may experience physical discomfort , joy ,anger and sadness all at once . Do not ignore them or bypass them . Doing this will cause illness and a cycle of “ bad luck “.
3.put yourself first . People will take your energy and goodness until you have nothing left for YOURSELF ! Stop it !!!
4. Treat your body like a temple. This is the only vehicle that our soul rides in. Take care of it ! Eat Whole Foods , walk , meditate and do things that make you happy .
5. Think of what you want to manifest and envision it already happening for you . Imagine how you would feel mostly.
6. Call it forward and claim it ! Call it into your heart space and into your bio field .
7. You will not receive anything that is not for your soul’s highest and best good .
8. Start small when manifesting and work your way up! Test it out and practice on these small manifestations.
