🚩OPUS SOUND BED COMPANY STOLE $2200 FROM MY SPECIAL HEARTS ADAPTIVE WELLNESS PROGRAM! 🚩

I wanted to use my platform to inform my followers of a SCAM going on in the healing arts world.

Late last year I was introduced to the Opus sound bed and I really found it remarkably helpful for regulating my nervous system. I used it a couple times before deciding that I would like to invest in one for my students. Knowing how much my students enjoy Sound Healing and vibration I felt like the Opus Sound Bed would be a great addition to our Special Hearts Adaptive Wellness Sessions.

On December 5 2024 I purchased the bed for $2200 off their website.

🚩In early January I attempted to check tracking and no tracking was available. I emailed them and received a very void response about it being in production. I emailed 1 month later and no additional information was available. Another copy and paste response.

❗️In late Feb I researched and read far too many complaints about people not receiving their bed for years ! At that point I emailed them to cancel my order. He responded promptly offering to refund me (which pleased me).They asked for some information to refund me in a check. I provided that information and then every 3 to 4 weeks after that checked in on where my check was.

‼️By late April, I had no check and no sound bed. I realized I had been scammed. There were 300 BBB complaints as of yesterday. Almost all closed due to lack of response from the company.

I submitted a charge back with my bank. However, I was unaware that I only had 120 days to do so and it was promptly dismissed. The bank couldn’t help me.

Not only is this company scamming hundreds of people out of $2000 but they are using wellness and healing as their scam platform. It’s absolutely disgusting! They are lying in their replies to keep you holding out until it’s too late for a chargeback. They gaslight you !
I know people in the area who have been scammed by them too!

I know your going to ask and
No, there are no telephone numbers to reach them.
No,there are no class action lawsuits. I would join one if so.
Nobody is getting refunds and nobody is getting their beds.

It’s hard to find any information from the company and they delete any bad comments on their social media.

They’re still running ads and marketing the sale of their product even though they’re not providing it!

I don’t know how they are getting away with this behavior! And it’s so out of alignment and unkind! I worked so hard; to loose $2200 that I was intended to enrich my students lives makes me sick!

If anyone has any ideas, Please i welcome them !
At this point, I don’t know what to do but I just wanted to use my voice to warn you not to fall for the scam!!

I almost gave in to my old ways. I almost let the anxiety and stress win. I almost didn’t show up for myself today in favor of others and their problems. I almost said no to the acts of self care and self love that I know help replenish and nourish me for the remainder of the week.

But you know what? I didn’t! 😅 tides are a changing! One choice at a time. Oh, and just because I didn’t. Doesn’t mean I don’t care about people. It means Instead I chose to maintain my promise to myself and srsly….how powerful to maintain promises to your self!! I’ve exhausted myself over others well being for my entire life, Selflessly serving beyond my capacity. But I am choosing differently and creating the boundaries and leaning in to myself more than ever.

Wellness Wednesdays are my jam. Usually I join my friend for our weekly 7 mile board walk and then I sit in the beach and read. Today was no different. Today I have a book lent to me by my coach, ‘Your Body knows the Answer’ and i am excited to dive into it. I got my favorite iced matcha (even though I know cold drinks aren’t favorable for my digestion but we practice 80/20 over here). Sometimes it looks different but mostly free flowing and unscheduled. Purposefully as such To release the conditioned busy-ness and shackles to time we all experience. And also because I understand the magic of a settled nervous system on my physical health journey.

I am working out of old patterns and stress responses. Instead of spiraling out, canceling everything ahead of me in favor of others well-being and feeling sick over things I have zero control over, I made an alternate choice.

The rewiring snd repatterning comes from the awareness and the active choice to change how you respond.

Gentle reminder that nothing is perfect but healing is in progress. This may seem little but these little actions are big wins over time.

Oh and I almost didn’t post this for fear of judgement. But your perception of me and my life isn’t my business. I’ve have worked very hard, made very conscious choices and been extremely creative to be in a position to have free time for me.

And so it is…

Ricky communicates to me via his spelling board. Often his messages are so powerful that I feel compelled to share with you.

Last weeks messages: “Be Fearless and share your light with others” And “Being rare is a gift”.

Ricky loves the beach and Jesus. And from the moment I stepped foot in his home both have been at the forefront of our sessions.

I work to empower my students and let the lead. He took the drum from me and vibed like this for quite awhile letting the metal beads inside wash waves of sound over his body.

My sessions are student-led and based on their unique preferences. I live for the moments like this where they tap into what feels best for them. So energetically Powerful for well-being !
