Staats Physical Therapy is a privately-owned physical therapy clinic providing excellent, evidence-based rehabilitation to a wide spectrum of individuals including children, adults and seniors. Staats Physical Therapy specializes in orthopaedics, sports medicine and rehabilitation, offering treatment for the following conditions:

Neck and back pain

Pre and post operative orthopaedic surgery

Degenerative joint disease/arthritis

Shoulder impingement and or rotator cuff pathologies

Tendonitis/bursitis, sports related injuries

Ankle/foot conditions

Stroke, gait disturbances

Auto and work-related injuries. Staats, Staats Physical Therapy seeks to provide sound, hands on manual orhopaedic therapy to the ocean county area. Dr. Dan utilizes a hands on approach with all of his patients starting with a comprehensive evaluation and a thorough treatment plan. Staats Physical Therapy strives to reestablish ideal functioning in all patients by restoring optimal joint and soft tissue mechanics throughout the body. Relief from pain and restoration of function happens when our bodies are optimally aligned, allowing tissues in the body to flow and move freely. Manual orthopaedic therapy allows the therapist in a highly trained and specialized manner to manipulate areas of restriction and return the body to pain free functioning. Dr. Dan, the sole clinician, utilizes a blend of manual therapies, soft tissue mobilizations and a specialized exercise program to bring his patients relief from pain, restoration of function and most importantly, peace of mind.
